Using your food storage beans is a great way to stretch food dollars, create flavorful dishes, and increase fiber in your diet.
Come and learn the basics of selecting, soaking, and cooking dry beans in a pressure cooker and slow cooker and using dry beans to make hummus, soups, casseroles and reduced fat quick breads and cookies. Join Karin Terry from Honeyville Grain as she teaches new ways to use old beans!
